This year’s retreat location has the added luxury of the fabulous Glade Spring Spa right on the property. Available services range from manicures to massages and foot soaks to facials. In addition to a variety of treatments, the spa also features a handful of soaking pools and a relaxation room complete with complimentary tea and light snacks. If treatments aren’t your thing, ask about their day passes or “Sparkle Hour”…it’s a great way to unwind without spending a lot.

As a special treat, Suncadia Resort is offering retreat guests a 25% discount if 30 or more ladies book an appointment during our retreat weekend. Details about how to schedule a spa service can be found below in the FAQs but be sure to book now as spa space is limited!





Where is the resort located?
Suncadia is located about 80 miles from Seattle at 3600 Suncadia Trail in Cle Elum, Washington. For detailed directions, please click here.

Are nursing mamas welcome?
Absolutely. Please note if you’re planning to bring a babe in arms in your registration so we can be sure to put you in a room that will meet your needs. We will also have comfortable seating towards the back of the room for your convenience.

I’m worried about the cost of the retreat. Are you offering scholarships?
We are. Click here to apply. The earlier you apply, the more likely you are to receive aid.

What will the program be for the weekend?
We love you but we love surprises too. For now, all you need to know is check in begins at 4pm on Friday and our first scheduled event begins at 7pm. We will say farewell around 11am on Sunday. We will supply you with a more detailed schedule onsite. Bonus! As guests of the resort, you are welcome to enjoy the grounds and facilities both before check in on Friday and after check out on Sunday. A fee applies to some amenities.

What activities are there for me to do?
There are ALL THE THINGS. Click here for a sampling of just some of the amazing offerings available at Suncadia. A brochure featuring the precise activities offered the weekend we are onsite will be provided upon check-in. Some fees may apply.

I heard there is a spa!?  How do I make an appointment and what time should I try to book it?
Yes ma’am! View the spa menu here to make your selection then email spa director Kourtney Pugel at kpugel@suncadia.com or call 509.649.6470 to arrange for an appointment. Please let them know you are with the “ACC Retreat” at the time of booking. The best time to schedule your appointment is any time Friday before 5pm, Saturday between 1pm and 5pm or Sunday any time after 11am. When you book an appointment, you’ll receive access to the spa facilities before and after your appointment. Bonus! If 30 or more retreat gals book an appointment, you’ll receive 25% off your treatment!

What dietary restrictions can the resort accommodate?
We are happy to assist with medically necessary restrictions but are unable to fulfill requests for preferences. Please let us know when you register what your allergies so we can plan for you in advance. 

Can I room with my friends?
Hopefully! Please note who you would like to stay with when you register and we will do our best to pair you together. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee room requests.

Will there be carpools?
We are not organizing anything formally so we encourage you to connect with your friends and head up together. If you need help finding transportation, please email us at redeemed@amcc.org.

What should I pack?
Some suggestions include; Clothes you can layer, a Bible, a journal, a water bottle, earplugs and sleep mask, comfortable shoes for walking or fitness, games to share and a bathing suit.
