We started at ACC in July of 1998. In 2006 we left for a short time and came back to ACC in 2009.
Growing Up:
I was born in Tucson, Arizona, but spent most of my growing up years in Eugene, Oregon. I moved to the Seattle area when I was 16 with my family.
Family:
I married my high school sweetheart, Jeff, in 1991. We have three kids; Jack (born in 1995), Shelby (born in 1997) and Abigail (born in 2000). We also have two sweet dogs, Dutch and Gunner.
Education:
Graduated from Cascade High School in 1989. I went to Shoreline Community College and graduated with an AA degree, and then attended Seattle Pacific University, until my first child was born.
Past Employment:
My hardest job by far has been stay at home mom to my three children. In 2006 I went back to work part time, and most recently, worked full time as Office Administrator for Edward Jones Investments.
Activities/Hobbies
Reading, camping, watching my children participate in dance, sports, and other activities.
Why ACC:
My husband and I first came to Alderwood after attending a Christmas program with some neighbors. We instantly felt welcomed and cared for, and knew that this was the church home for us. We have made lifelong friendships with the people at ACC and feel blessed to be a part of such a Christ honoring church.
Great times at ACC:
Family Camp, MOPS and Women's Retreats.
Bookshelf: (last three books read)
The Jesus I never Knew by Philip Yancey Unbroken by Laura Hillenbrand Anthem by Ayn Rand
Favorite Music:
Contemporary Christian and 80’s.
Most proud of:
My relationships with my husband, children, family, and Reine Huber.
