Raquelle Grounds, Administrative Assistant - 425.774.7766, ext. 115 / raquelle.grounds@amcc.org
Raquelle Grounds is enjoying her first year (of many) in her role as the administrative assistant for middle school, high school, and college ministries. She recently earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business with a concentration in Accounting from UW. Her position on our team gives her an opportunity to use her gifts of administration, organization, and a strong desire to serve and minister to the girls that are involved with ASM. Raquelle is a single mom and enjoys spending time with her beautiful daughter, Jayne, who is 4 years old.

After a year of living and working in Ethiopia, I feel blessed to be serving again as a leader with ASM. The ministry is especially meaningful to me because of the way God drew me in during high school years at Alderwood. With my small group I love discussing Scripture, life, and the hope we have in Christ. When not in the Manor, I like to run, read, cook, and be with my friends!!

I am a junior at Seattle University pursuing a bachelors degree in Public Affairs and Business Administration. I'd love to go to Grad school some day to get a degree in student affairs or student development. I like to hike, read, go on drives, drink coffee, laugh, serve, and spend time with friends and family. It is my second year as a high school leader and my seventh attending Alderwood Community Church.

Hello, my name is Lezlie Marie Grieser. This is my third year being a small group leader. I met Jesus through ASM while I was in high school, so it is really special for me to be serving here.

This is my fourth year as a leader in ASM and I can't believe my girls are already seniors! My husband, Tyler, and I even met way back in the day as students in ASM and were married in October 2009. I graduated from Pepperdine in 2008 and am now enrolled in SPU’s Masters in Teaching program and student teaching at my alma mater, Jackson High School. I love to knit, play the piano, take photos, read, drink coffee, travel, and spend time with family, friends, and T.

I grew up in Edmonds and graduated from Meadowdale in 2003. I recently graduated from UW and am a die-hard Huskies fan. In general, I am a huge sports fan (the only exceptions being racecar driving and rhythmic gymnastics). I currently work at Kaas Tailored. I love leading a small group (which I have done for the past 8 years), building things, golfing, watching the Oregon ducks lose, making delicious meals , and hanging out with my friends, family, and wife, Heidi.

Alderwood has been my church home for the past 23 years and I am so blessed to be serving at ASM as it greatly ministered to me during my high school years. I enjoy knitting, hiking, coffee and a good read. |

I have enjoyed working with ASM as a small group leader for the past seven years and am thankful for the opportunity to help point young lives to Christ through the study of His Word. I have three kids ages 18, 19, and 23 and have been married 26 years. I work at Action International Ministries.

I enjoy being a shepherd to the guys in ASM on Wednesday nights and during small groups. Some of my hobbies and interests include playing baseball and golf, Mariners Baseball, Silvertips Hockey and of course, Husky Football and Basketball (GO DAWGS). I currently work as a job coach for people with developmental and physical disabilities, providing them with opportunities to gain job skills and opportunities to serve the community through volunteer work. I also enjoy cooking and spending time with my wife(pending) Megan.
